AUTHORFUL ACCUMULATION 

This project was created with the residents in mind. The target audience for this project are people who are trying to rise in socio economic level. It creates units that are adaptable and personalizable in accordance with the growth and continued evolution of the residents that it holds. ​

This idea of personalization and adaptability comes from studying government housing. The inpersonal modular units create a level of separation between the inhabitant and the space, when in reality we want to create a building that feels like home, and this attachment is primarily achieved through customization and alterations by the residents. There is a value to creating and forming your own space, this creates a link between the residents and the units that allows for deeper care and identity.  

These adaptable units are allowed to shift through the robust infrastructure laid out on a grid throughout the site, and the personalization is allowed through the intercahnging of the unit panels.
